Typically 2 to 3 hours before guest arrival. This allows time for setup, testing, and coordination with planners and venue staff.
We bring backup systems and test everything before the event begins, ensuring continuous music.
If the venue allows it, we can extend for an additional fee. You can decide ahead of time or during the event. If you decide during the event, payment must be made before extra time begins.
We dress to match the occasion. Formal for weddings and corporate events, refined and stylish for parties. Specific requests are always welcome. If you have a dress code, we’ll follow it.
Your event is confirmed once the contract is signed and the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior.
